"Ruby"

Meet Ruby... She is an Original V8 3 speed car.
She is definitely a work in progress.

We acquired Ruby in August 2012. She was close to home...sitting in a storage pole building in Elk River, Minnesota. We found out about her from an unlikely source... Luke's tattoo guy, Peg Leg Jerry.

Luke had recently acquired two Studebaker tattoos. So when Peg Leg Jerry happened to run across a Studebaker for sale, he called Luke to let us know. She was stuck in a Craigslist ad for an El Camino, listed as a 4 door with no photos. I guess she was just waiting for us to find her.

Ruby was all apart, front clip off and fenderless...but she was all there. Flat tires and all, we knew we had to have her.
